ABOUT GREENAWAY

Greenaway is a large house situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by woods and open moorland with views straight on to the Cairngorm mountains. The house is set in a quiet location on a small lane approximately 7 miles from Aviemore.

The garden which is kept tidy on a regular basis extends to 1 acre in size and is fenced throughout and has a gate which can be closed. So ideal for your pets.

The kitchen is well equipped and has a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and all your normal culinary implements.

The dinning area has a large table with seating for eight people.

The lounge has great views onto the Cairngorms, it has an open fire and plenty of seating to relax. There is a television with sky, a CD player and a video recorder for your use.

There is a small games room with a childs size pool table and plenty of games for the kids.

There are 4 bedrooms
All have plenty of storage space and have fantastic views. One triple room with three single beds and a sink. One double room with one double four poster bed and a sink. One double room (1 double bed) which leads to One single bedroom (1 single bed) and en suite bathroom. There is another bathroom with a shower, sink, WC and bath.

The property is heated throughout.There is a cot and high chair available if required
